Russ is a co-founder of the successful not for profit group Local Power who pioneered the community PV Solar bulk buying model in Australia. Local Power has installed 350 PV Solar systems in Brisbane homes with an additional 100 PV Solar systems about to be installed as a result of their fourth buying group.
