1/4c Sesame seeds
2 tbsp Coriander toasted
1 tbsp Cummin toasted
1/2c nuts/seeds - I used almonds, cashews and pepitas
1/2 tsp Salt
- Dry toast all the seeds in a heavy frying pan, stirring frequently until sesame seeds start popping.
- Cool.
- Whiz in a blender and add salt to taste (and pepper)
